8 Wellness Supplements & Products In My Routine

It has been a journey trying to learn more about my body and what works for me. What you put in your body is important and not every product you see online will work for you. It is also important that you take care of your mind and internal wellness because I found it shows in your energy levels, skin, or mood. Taking one spoonful of sea moss won’t give you the full benefits if you don’t take care of your skin. Here are the products I would recommend:

Stanley Quencher 40oz or A GLASS OF H20 – I never thought I would be one to have this popular water bottle (because I have other water bottles) but this specific one has been the reason I drink more water. Obviously, just drink water. You don’t need a Stanley Quencher.

True Sea Moss – I started trying sea moss earlier this semester and have noticed a difference in my skin. I truly think its sea moss but of course it wont magically cure your skin if you skip cleansing your skin and drinking water.

MaryRuth’s Liquid Morning Multivitamin (Raspberry) – I am not a pill person so this is a better alternative for me.

MaryRuth’s Liquid Nighttime Multimineral (Coconut) – I mix a tablespoon of this in my “sleepy girl mocktail”

Local Honey – A tablespoon each morning helps with allergies and an energy boost.

Papaya Digestive Enzyme – I always keep mine in my bag and take 1-2 after my meals

Trace Electrolyte Concentrace – I have used this product as a high performance athlete or even day to day life. I prefer this concentrate over alternatives with high sugar levels.

ION* Gut Support – Keeping your diet healthy is key, but this product has been a favorite of mine. since high school. (1 month supply at 3x daily=$52, or $16 for trial size)
